All interior painting packages comes with Matex (white) for ceilings. Erection of scaffolding works will be charged separately. Credit card payment is not allowed for landed property painting.

Are there any additional hidden costs?
All optional add-ons and prices are stated on our website. Our dedicated Project Managers may recommend some add-ons according to your home and wall conditions, but rest assured that these add-ons are entirely up to you!
If, at any point of time, you feel that our Project Managers have unfairly quoted you, feel free to call our hotline and we will do everything within our means to protect your rights fairly.
What type of paints do you use?
All paints are "fresh", straight from our Nippon Paint factory and 100% made in Singapore. You will never experience stale paint (from being left out in the open), reused paint (from other households) or poor quality paint with us!
Additionally, we have a wide range of paints catered for every needs (for example, Medifresh for those who need extra protection for young kids and elderly, Mozzieguard for extra protection against the Aedes mosquito, EasyWash for families with kids). Feel free to have a chat with our dedicated Project Manager to determine the best painting service and paint type for your needs!
And of course, you can be rest assured that the paints are authentic Nippon Paint paints!
Will my house get messy/dirty?
Definitely not! We take pride in ensuring that your home will be reinstated to it’s former glory (better actually, since you'll now have a fresh coat of paint ;) ) Our team will move aside the furniture, protect them, and reinstate furniture after painting, so there will be no mess.
Additionally, they will wrap and protect all furniture and fixings before commencing work so that homeowners don’t have to worry about paint mess or paint stains. We've even frequently heard homeowners being surprised by how much their furniture was protected!
When can you start painting soonest?
We'll be there for our first meet within a day! Once the site inspection and pre-consultations have been completed, you'd just place a small deposit of $200 and our dedicated Project Managers will arrange for the soonest painting date.
Usually, painting occurs the following week once confirmed.
How long does the painting process take?
Painting will typically take within 1-5 days. Naturally, this depends on how big the painting space is, what kind of painting work is required, and how serious the wall conditions are before painting (this is as we will take time to prep the walls to ensure the paints go on smoothly and well).
To give you an idea, additional add-on services such as Momento or feature wall designs will require more meticulousness and hence, take slightly longer to complete.
Of course, our dedicated Project Managers will give you a clear and transparent outline before commencing work so you know exactly what to expect!
What is the 'free wall inspection'?
Think of it as a wall doctor diagnosing what kind of "medication" your wall needs best!
As part of our service, our dedicated Project Managers will offer a non-obligatory consultation with you to inspect your wall and assess wall conditions. Inspection includes assessing if there’s any chalking issue, paint peeling, moisture meter check. This helps them give you their best assessment and recommendation on paints and products required, and to ensure that your paint will go on professionally and last long!

If I'm not 100% satisfied, will you correct the work?
If you are not satisfied with our work or quality, please raise it up with the Project Manager. If it's within our scope, we will be more than happy to correct this.
Do note that terms and conditions apply and not all cases would qualify for correction. However, be rest assured that we will do whatever we can to ensure that you love your new walls!
What does the 1-year-warranty cover?
We are dedicated in providing you professional painting services, and we trust in our service provided. Hence, we'll provide a 1-year warranty for all painting packages signed up with Nippon Paint!
This warranty covers any paint defects such as paint peeling and chalking issues. Warranty only covers walls painted using our recommended painting system.
